Between adding our sixth Inc. 5000 award, another Rochester Top Workplace award, and a fourth Rochester Top 100 award to our resume recently, we also welcomed a few new faces to the team. To say Brite is growing would be in an understatement.
While the awards are h u g e accomplishments (and a great excuse to surprise the office with donuts), today is all about you getting to know our new additions – Will and Zach. We welcomed them to the Brite fam in July and it’s finally time for you to get to know them. Don’t worry though, we made it easy and had them answer a few questions.

What are you enjoying/looking forward to most at Brite? I am enjoying getting to know my coworkers and the camaraderie in the office. I am looking forward to creating long lasting relationships with future clients.
What is your role at Brite? Account Executive bringing our Managed Services, including Managed IT Service, BriteStar, to SMBs to help offset the everyday IT tasks and improve efficiency and security.
If you could switch jobs with anyone else within Brite, whose job would you want? I would switch my job with John Marzano (Technical Consultant, Managed Services) because I think it would be cool and insightful to work with clients on the technical side of the services that I am selling.
What are 3 words to describe Brite? Trustworthy, Unique, Collaborative
What’s your dream vacation? Ski or golf trip out west followed by craft brewery touring.
If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose? Happy Gilmore

What are you enjoying/looking forward to most at Brite? I’m enjoying the great people and opportunity, and I’m looking forward to really getting to know everyone, and developing both personally and professionally!
What is your role at Brite? I’m an Account Executive bringing cybersecurity solutions to enterprises in the NJ, PA, and NYC area with Josh Teichman.
If you could switch jobs with anyone else within Brite, whose job would you want? I’m not sure I’d want to switch roles but if I could have the skill and ability that Matt Ostrowski (Senior Solutions Engineer) has, I’ve always thought that doing the engineering behind the solutions we sell is one of the coolest things!
What are 3 words to describe Brite? Absolutely great people.
What’s your dream vacation? I’d love to travel the Mediterranean countries from Croatia across Northern Italy, down through France, ending in Southern Spain. Ideally I would drive some nice cars, ride some motorcycles through beautiful mountain roads and be able to spend some time out boating as well.
If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose? Of all the fictional characters I could be I would probably choose Luke Skywalker because of his journey, crazy experiences, and development over time, not to mention all the cool powers of being a Jedi.
